The issues with the power windows on a Dodge Ram 1500 are typically related to the fuse box. Either the window motor or the fuse powering the relay switch may be faulty. To access the fuse box, locate a small seam or crack to the left of the steering wheel on the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open this panel. Inside, there are several fuses. Check the back of the panel for a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not there, refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle. Identify the faulty fuse and remove it. A functioning fuse will have a intact strip of metal between the two raised sections. If this strip is broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. New fuses are inexpensive, typically around 10 dollars each.

My back passenger window has had issues twice, once in May 2021 and again in July 2022. Both times, I was able to roll it up and down. The person at the dealership mentioned that they use plastic clips. I reside in Arizona. The repair cost me $400 last year, but this year it's going to be around $1,000.
