Seriously???

The 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 comes with two 6.5-inch speakers in the doors and two 4x6 headrest speakers in most trim levels. The LS2 Sport has a total of SRX speakers, and many Extended Cab models are equipped with a 6-speaker Bose sound system. An amplifier is included with these speakers, but not in lower trims. Standard features across all models include an AM/FM seek-scan radio with XM satellite prep. Additionally, a factory-installed in-dash single-disc or 6-disc CD player is available, with an optional cassette player add-on for some models. Speed-sensitive volume control is standard in most models, but needs to be added in the Work Truck trim.
