What could be causing my Nissan hardbody to crank but not start?

Titan300

The Nissan Hardbody could have trouble starting due to a lack of compression or spark in the engine. Typically, issues with spark plugs or ignition coils prevent the vehicle from igniting. Another possibility is a problem with the car's charging system. If the battery is drained, it won't be able to power the starter, preventing the engine from starting. The battery might be faulty, or the alternator could be failing. An aging or corroded alternator may not provide sufficient amperage to recharge the battery. It's recommended to have both the battery and alternator examined. If the engine isn't receiving enough fuel, a malfunctioning fuel pump or loose connections in the fuel delivery system could be the cause of the starting issues.

In 1994, my Nissan 4-cylinder has both fuel and spark, but it refuses to start. Interestingly, it does run temporarily when fuel is sprayed into the throttle, but stops once the fuel spraying is halted. I've already replaced the fuel pump, which is successfully delivering gas to the fuel rail. However, there's no fuel reaching the spark plugs when I remove one. I've also verified that the pulse from the ECU to the injectors is fine. Despite these checks, I'm currently stuck and uncertain how to proceed.

In 1994, I have tested both the spark and fuel going to the rail. I have tried replacing two fuel pumps, and both pumps prime and then stop. However, if I manually spray gas into the throttle, the engine runs without any issues. Can someone offer assistance with this problem?
