The issue with the BMW f10 windshield washer not functioning is likely caused by a faulty fuse. To access the fuse box located under the car's hood, you need to first open the hood and secure it in place. Look for a black box on the right side of the engine compartment with a visible seam. Open this box to locate the fuse inside. The inner side of the box lid typically includes a fuse diagram, but if not, you can refer to the owner's manual. Identify the fuse you need and carefully remove it. Check if the thin metal strip connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact; if it's broken, the fuse needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still good and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are affordable at around $10 each.
