If your 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee's heated seats are not working, you should check the fuse for the seat heaters. The fuse box is located under the passenger side of the dashboard. Take out the fuse from its slot. Occasionally, you might require a small screwdriver to loosen the fuse holder cap. Examine the fuse wire for any visible gap or a dark/metallic mark inside the glass, indicating a blown fuse that needs replacing. Many nearby auto parts stores like Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone offer a wide range of fuses. Be sure to select the right amp and size fuse when replacing it.
