To check if it's just a temporary computer glitch, you can perform a "reset" by inserting the key into the ignition, turning it to the ON position, waiting for the light to turn on, and then turning the ignition off after about seven seconds. Repeat this process twice more to reset the ECU in relation to the airbag light, unless the light is indicating one of the mentioned issues or an actual airbag malfunction.
