The most common reason why water drips beneath your 2015 Subaru Forester is usually from the air conditioning system. This situation is pretty normal and happens due to condensation forming when the AC is on. Look for this water under the front right side of your vehicle. If water is leaking inside your Forester's cabin, there may be a couple of issues to address. One possible cause could be a blocked condensation line, leading to water backing up into the condenser and seeping onto the passenger floor. Another reason for interior leaks could be faulty gaskets on the doors and windows that aren't properly sealing, allowing rainwater to enter your car while parked.

My 2015 Subaru Forester tends to collect water underneath the floor mats, especially on the driver's side. To address this issue, I regularly clear out the drain lines and seldom use the air conditioning. I place a baby diaper under the mat to soak up any excess water. I suspect the water intrusion is due to heavy rainfall, as I typically observe it after major storms. Since my vehicle is certified and covered by an extended warranty, I am curious if the dealer will investigate the root cause at no cost.

Some common reasons why a 2015 Subaru Forester might experience water leakage include a damaged windshield seal, detached or damaged door weather stripping, and a clogged sunroof drain hose.
