I own an Infiniti G37x and I have been experiencing an issue where the screen goes black after driving for 30 minutes. At that point, the car randomly shuts off and the air conditioning blows uncontrollably, stuck at 75 degrees. This is especially frustrating during the hot and humid August weather. My screens both went dark. I attempted pressing the power button numerous times without success. Removing the negative terminal from my battery didn't help either. Any other suggestions?

In 2014, my Infiniti q50 got caught in a flood with water that was 20 inches high. After driving through the flooded street, I noticed that half of the top screen was frozen and within 3 minutes, both screens stopped working, including the mode selector button. In June 2023, the navigation screens of my 2020 Q60 red sport with only 6,000 miles suddenly went black.
