What could be the reason my INFINITI Q50 display isn't functioning properly?

There are a variety of reasons why the screen in Your Infiniti Q50 might stop working, and the cause of the issue typically depends on how it fails. For example, if the screen is not receiving power at all or if it does not respond to your touch inputs, this can indicate different problems. A blank screen, whether it's blue or black, can also signal specific issues. If there is no power, the problem could be with the screen component or its wiring. If you see a blank screen, it may be due to a software malfunction. And if the display works but doesn't respond to your touch, the digitizer beneath the screen is likely the issue, which would require a complete replacement.

I own an Infiniti G37x and I have been experiencing an issue where the screen goes black after driving for 30 minutes. At that point, the car randomly shuts off and the air conditioning blows uncontrollably, stuck at 75 degrees. This is especially frustrating during the hot and humid August weather.
