  My device also isn't working anymore. None of the connections are functioning. I've attempted using different cables and a different mobile device.

  Experiencing the same problem here - none of the ports in that area are receiving power. USB-C, USB, and AUX are all affected. Any updates on the issue? I've already performed a factory reset on the radio and checked all the fuses for any potential shorts.

  I will never purchase another Nissan; they are aware that their USB ports and radios have issues and still continue to sell these cars, putting the problem on their customers. I will actively warn others against buying their vehicles until they address this issue. In fact, I am trading mine in for a Honda. This problem has persisted since as early as 2002. Even with my 2019 model, I am still experiencing these problems, and I have heard reports of people with 2022 models experiencing USB issues just four days after purchase. Nissan is terrible.

  I had the same problem with the USB. What worked for me was simply pressing the radio's power button to reboot it, and that fixed the issue. Hopefully, this tip will help you all out too.

  Nissan is saying it's the radio that's the problem. I have a hard time accepting that. The power is going out to the USB and then into the radio, so I'm not sure how the radio could be the issue.

  I'm experiencing the same issues. While driving and using the GPS on CarPlay, it suddenly disappears - like, what the heck. Come on, Nissan, you need to step up your game.

  I own a 2022 Altima, but the USB port is not connecting to my iPhone at all. It won't even charge. What I typically do is hold down the radio power button to reboot it and hope that solves the issue. If not, I'll repeat the process as needed.

  I'm dealing with a similar issue, but I haven't looked at the fuses yet. I initially thought that might be the problem, but the fact that the volume knob isn't working has me leaning towards the radio itself being the issue. I'll inspect the fuse later to see if it's blown.

  I own a 2019 Nissan Altima that has been experiencing the same issue since I first got it. I reported the problem during the initial service at 1000 km, but the Arabian automobile service center in Dubai couldn't identify the issue. After returning for service 8-10 times with no resolution, the problem was only discovered after the vehicle's warranty expired (3 years). They charged me AED 1500 to repair the issue due to the warranty expiration. However, just a month later, the USB stopped working again. My experience with Nissan cars has been awful, so I strongly advise against purchasing a Nissan vehicle and using their service center.

  I faced a similar issue with my 2019 Nissan Altima. Despite no blown fuses, once I unplugged the rear USB charger, the problem was resolved and it began working again.
