If the heater fan in your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is not working, the first thing to do is check the fuse located in the engine compartment under the hood. Make sure the fuse is intact and there are no breaks in the wiring. If the fuse is fine, then it's best to inspect the motor next. While it could be a grounding issue, it's more probable that the heater blower motor has failed. As a last resort before replacing it, you can check if the blades are stuck and try using WD-40 to loosen them.

If the heater fan in your Mercedes Sprinter has stopped working, the usual suspects include a blown fuse, a faulty motor ground connection, a malfunctioning motor speed control module, or a defective motor.
