If the interior lights in your Mitsubishi Outlander are not working, it could be due to a blown fuse, a faulty bulb, or bad wiring. The lifespan of the bulbs in the vehicle is typically around 5 years. Unlike bulbs, fuses can blow randomly or last the entire lifespan of the vehicle. If the issue is with a bulb, it will need to be replaced, and there are various types of lights in different areas of the car. For instance, the dome light requires a DE3175 size bulb, the glove box light uses a 2721 size bulb, and the luggage compartment and map light both use DE3175 size bulbs. If the problem lies with a fuse, it will need to be replaced in the fuse box.
A malfunctioning light bulb or fuse in the Mitsubishi Outlander can cause the interior lights to stop working.
