My new 2021 Highlander Hybrid has been plagued with issues regarding the radio and GPS system. The screen frequently goes black unexpectedly, starting just a few days after purchase. Now, 6 days after the replacement, the vehicle is back in the shop. This is a top-of-the-line vehicle, and it's concerning that these issues have not been resolved. It's especially dangerous at night when trying to use the map, make or answer calls, adjust the temperature, or use the radio. I am not happy with this situation and am considering going back to driving my 10-year-old Mazda soon. It's frustrating to have spent so much money on a car that can't seem to get this problem fixed.
