There have been numerous complaints about the touch screen malfunctioning in the GMC Acadia, but no recall has been issued to address this problem yet. The issue is likely due to a blown fuse, which can be replaced by locating it in the interior fuse box. If the touch function on the monitor is not working, it may indicate that the screen is faulty and needs to be replaced. This repair can be costly, as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts can range from $400 to $800.

The touch screen flickers on and off, occasionally going dark for a few minutes before returning. The radio works even when the screen is black, but only sometimes.
