You can access it behind the ignition barrel by unclipping the entertainment stick, pressing the top and bottom to release it. Handle this carefully as there is a loose ball bearing inside. Clean and lubricate it, but if you see copper and it's too worn out, make sure to reposition the bearing before putting it back together. Otherwise, you might need to replace the part with a less durable Chinese option that costs around £10.
