In Your 2009 Toyota Camry, if the radiator fan isn't working, there are a few potential causes. Start by checking the engine compartment fuse box, located on the driver's side in front of the shock tower. To access it, pull the tab on the cover and lift the box up. Look for the relay on the top right corner, and if it's stuck, try tapping on it to free it. Additionally, there is a blue fuse on the upper left side of the box that controls power to the fans. Check the eighth spot from the left to see if the fuse is blown.

If the radiator fan in your 2009 Toyota Camry is not functioning, it is likely due to either the fan itself failing, a malfunction in the fan relay, or a problem with the control circuit.
