There are a few common reasons why the windshield wipers may not work on your 2007 Chevy Impala. First, ensure you are using the correct switch to turn them on, as some people confuse it with the blinker switch. If that's not the issue, check the fuse and relay located in the underhood fuse panel. The fuse is a 30 amp in position #11 and the relay will be labeled on the underside of the fuse panel cover. If those are fine, inspect the wiper motors by removing the plastic cowling at the base of the windshield.
