For the 2003 Honda Pilot, it is recommended to change the engine oil every 10,000 miles, along with replacing the oil filter and rotating the tires. At the same 10,000-mile mark, it is also advised to inspect the front and rear brakes, and replace any worn components. Check the parking brake adjustment as well. Every 20,000 miles, visually examine the suspension parts, brake hoses, brake lines, fluid levels, exhaust system, and fuel lines. Additionally, at this interval, inspect and adjust the drive belt and change the dust and pollen filter. Transmission fluid replacement is due every 120,000 miles, with an idle speed check. If you have 4WD, remember to change the rear differential fluid every 110,000 miles. Swap the air cleaner element every 30,000 miles. Replace the timing belt, water pump, drive belts, spark plugs, and engine coolant every 110,000 miles or 7 years. Lastly, refresh the brake fluid every 3 years, regardless of mileage.
