The latest Ford F-350 series trucks can carry up to 7,630 pounds in their beds, which is almost double the capacity of the F-250 and nearly four times more than the F-150 models. Depending on the configuration, the towing capacity ranges from 12,000 to 20,000 pounds. Opting for a diesel engine will put you at the upper limit of that towing range.

The payload capacity is 4400 pounds, and it can tow up to 12500 pounds. If it's a dually, the towing capacity is higher. I have nearly the same weight in pin weight on my 5th wheel. The pin weight seems to be close to a half-ton capacity. There's this tool called GOOGLE that's been available for a while.

The GVWR for the 7.3 F-350 is 11,000 pounds, and the trailer has a GVWR of 14,000 pounds, which adds up to 25,000 pounds. As long as the total weight does not exceed 26,000 pounds, a CDL is not required.
