It's not just a matter of changing the timing chain. You'll have to replace all 3 chains, 4 phasers, 4 phaser bolts, 4 chain guides, 3 chain tensioners, 4 vvt solenoids, front cover water pump pass-thru gasket, crank seal, water pump, timing chain idler assembly, and crank gear, crank pulley bolt, and water pump. Additionally, you'll need to install a Mellings high volume/pressure oil pump. Only use Ford parts except for the Melling pump. Considering the extra work needed to access the front of the engine, my estimate would start at $3500-$4000 and take about a weekend to finish.
