Bought from a dealer in 2021 for $12,000. The car is a 2010 premium model with 119,000 miles. On the first day, it had brake issues that cost $1,500 to fix. After that, there were more problems that needed repair totaling $1,600. Then there was a costly issue with the Cadillac converter that cost $3,300 to fix. The car also had a recurring crankshaft problem, always leaking water when it rained or after a car wash. Despite Cadillac's attempt to fix it, the issue remains. Now, the right low beam is not functioning due to moisture in the casings. In the seven months of owning this vehicle, I have never experienced so many problems. I am dissatisfied with the only dealer in town, as they performed repairs that required me to return the car after driving a short distance because they forgot to tighten a bolt, causing the car to fishtail. Additionally, the brake light would not turn off. Overall, I am not happy with the situation.

I've had my 2011 SRX for 7 years now, and it has approximately 97,000 miles on it. Fortunately, I haven't encountered any major problems with it. I'm glad I opted for the Cadillac protection plan, as it has definitely been worth the investment.

2010 SRX equipped with a non-turbo V6 engine. Serviced regularly following manufacturer recommendations and exclusively used synthetic oil. Has been driven for 98,000 miles without any significant problems. Experienced a few minor mechanical issues over the years, but most were taken care of under warranty.
