The Nissan Sentra has issues with motor mounts that can cause impact noises and vibrations in the engine bay. You may encounter various engine problems such as a loose gasket that requires immediate tightening, oil leaks that should be addressed promptly, and the risk of a spark plug coming loose and causing engine issues. One critical issue to watch out for is engine overheating, which could potentially lead to car fires and explosions. Additionally, there might be excessive oil consumption necessitating quick oil changes. It's recommended to change the air filter every 15,000 to 30,000 miles, the coolant every 60,000 miles, and the spark plugs every 100,000 miles unless they are copper spark plugs, which should be changed every 30,000 miles or so.
