Additionally, drivers may notice rattling or knocking noises while turning, with the sound growing louder with each turn. Turning the steering wheel can be exceptionally difficult while the car is stationary or moving slowly due to the increased pressure from the car's weight on the tires. This heightened friction is the reason for the challenging steering.

Our 2018 CRV experienced steering problems. When we first brought it in, they couldn't detect any issues. After the second examination, they determined that the steering rack assembly needs to be replaced. The replacement parts are being sourced from overseas, so it could take up to three months for them to arrive.
