The Land Rover dynamic response fluid is essentially their version of the power steering fluid found in their vehicles. It may be labeled as such in the power steering reservoir but it is essentially ACE power steering fluid that should be regularly changed. A small amount of this fluid can usually be found in a dynamic response kit located in the back of the vehicle for emergencies involving power steering leaks. This unique name used by Land Rover can be a bit confusing, and it's best to do some research to fully understand the product.

The fluid that reacts to changes in motion in a Land Rover is identified by the part number LRN2279.

LRN2279 serves as antifreeze for the radiator, not hydraulic fluid for the ACE system. Make sure to avoid pouring it into the ACE reservoir!
