I've been experiencing transmission problems with my 2014 1500 truck before it even hit 30,000 miles. I've taken it to the dealership multiple times for this issue, but because there's no error code showing up, they claim they can't address it. Despite bringing the truck back several times and demonstrating the issue, they still refuse to take it for a drive to witness the problem firsthand. They insisted that they can't fix it without an error code, regardless of what the truck is actually experiencing. All of this occurred before the warranty expired. I warned them that they needed to do something before the warranty expired, and they assured me they would document the issues in the system so that I would be covered if the transmission failed after the warranty ended. Now that the transmission has failed, they are refusing to repair it at no charge because the warranty has expired. After trying to make excuses, they are now offering to install a new transmission for free if I cover the cost of the transmission itself. They even acknowledged that they were aware of the defective GM transmissions but were unable to address the problem under the warranty unless an error code appeared.
