For regular oil, aim for oil changes every 3,500 to 5,000 miles, but if you're using synthetic oil, you can go longer between changes, around every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. Following these recommendations can greatly extend the lifespan of your vehicle. Don’t forget to also regularly check all fluids and filters.
