For almost a decade now, the volume controls for both my radio and navigation system in my 2008 Veracruz have been malfunctioning. Every now and then, usually about twice a year, they will mysteriously start working when I first turn on the car. But as soon as I restart the car, the problem returns. The dealer couldn't diagnose the issue and suggested that I need to get a new radio.
