The heated seats in a 2010 Lincoln Navigator might suddenly stop working because of faulty electrical connections or a blown fuse. When you turn on the seats, you may see a green "on" button light up briefly and then the heating/cooling function fails to work. To troubleshoot, check the engine compartment on the driver's side near the firewall for the fuse box. The heating/cooling system uses a 30 amp #12 fuse. Consult the diagram in the fuse box lid or the owner's manual to identify the correct fuse. Another possible issue could be damaged wiring under the front of the seat or inside the seatback. If multiple seats are affected simultaneously, it is likely due to a blown fuse.
