In the 2019 Honda Civic, the high beam uses a 9005 bulb size and the low beam uses an H11 bulb size, with the low beam being the middle bulb surrounded by a magnifier and the high beam being the innermost bulb. To replace a bulb, start by lifting the hood and locating the tab under the low beam bulb socket. Press and pull to disconnect the connector. Rotate the old bulb clockwise to remove it, taking care not to touch it directly or wearing gloves to prevent early burnout. Once the new bulb is in place, reconnect the connector. Repeat these steps for the high beam bulbs and the other side as needed.
