The Toyota Tacoma's lug nuts have a 21 mm diameter size. You'll locate a slightly larger wrench in the back of the truck. It comes with a 13/16 wrench, which can still be used on your lug nuts. However, it's important to note that there have been complaints of the 21 mm part of the nuts getting stripped from using this wrench frequently. This is because the actual lug nut behind it is only 20 mm in size. If stripping occurs, you'll need to use a smaller wrench.

I just wrapped up adjusting one at O'Reilly's. The 21mm size is spot-on for the lug nuts on the tires.
