As you may have noticed, the 2015 Kia Forte does not include a spare tire. Kia defends this choice by stating that it reduces the vehicle's weight, increases storage space, and enhances fuel efficiency – which of course may not be very reassuring when you find yourself stuck on the roadside. However, some Kia models come equipped with a Kia Tire Mobility Kit instead. You can inspect under the floorboard cover to see if yours is one of them; the kit typically includes an aerosol sealant, a filling hose, a compressor, a tire gauge, and various cables and hoses. If you prefer a traditional spare tire, you have the option to purchase the Kia Forte Spare Tire Kit (B062) for $260. This kit includes a mounted tire on a 15" steel wheel, a jack, a lug wrench, a bar tool, as well as some additional accessories, and can be bought directly from Kia.
The spare tire size for a 2015 Kia Forte is 205/55R16.
