I've put 2700 miles on my car and it's been jolting at low speeds ever since I bought it. I've taken it to Sullivan in Ocala twice now, but it still doesn't feel quite right. The issue seems to be with the 9-speed transmission, as it can't seem to make up its mind on which gear to be in. This is my fourth Cadillac, but I'm not satisfied this time and I suspect there's a problem with the vehicle.

If I accelerate moderately to highway speeds, the vehicle gets stuck in 8th gear instead. This issue has led me to take the car to the dealership for the third time to address it.

I custom ordered an XT4 and received a 2022 model in August 2022. Unfortunately, in October, the transmission failed because transmission fluid leaked into it due to a manufacturing flaw. Adding to the frustration, necessary parts are on backorder for 3 months. While the dealership has tried to assist, Cadillac has been completely unhelpful. My advice is to steer clear of Cadillac.

Rented a 2021 XT4. Following the third oil change, experienced a significant transmission slip when going from a complete stop to acceleration. This occurred for two days, causing great concern and requiring a tow to the dealer located 30 miles away. Despite the dealer's inspection over a week, they were unable to replicate the issue. Since receiving the car back, the slipping persists, albeit less severely. Originally planned to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease but now relieved to not be stuck with it long term.
