To reset the tire pressure warning light on a 2009 Lexus IS250, first, make sure the vehicle is parked on a level surface. Use a tire gauge to confirm that the front tires are inflated to 35 PSI and the rear tires to 38 PSI. Allow the vehicle and tires to cool down before proceeding. Next, turn the ignition to the "on" position without starting the engine. Look for the TPMS button located to the right of the steering wheel and press it until the TPMS warning light blinks three times. Turn the key off or press the button start to the "off" position. The message should now be reset. It's important to regularly check tire pressures, especially in cold weather when the PSI may decrease as temperatures drop.
