In order to change the power steering fluid in a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, it is recommended to use mopar atf +4 fluid or an equivalent of dexron iii. To begin, locate the clear plastic container under the hood near the window. Use a pump to extract all the fluid from the container. When the fluid level is low, turn the steering wheel all the way to one side and then to the other to drain the fluid in the wheel into the container. Once the container is empty, refill it up to the full line, making sure not to overfill. It may take some time for the steering wheel to loosen up, so test the vehicle by driving for about 20 minutes to ensure the process was successful.
