To fix a non-working navigation system in your Ford Edge, you should do a master reset to restore it to its original settings. This process will erase all stored data and preferences. To perform the reset, tap the "Phone" button on the top left of the screen, go to "Settings," then "Advanced," and choose "Master Reset" from the options. Confirm the reset by selecting "Yes." A notification will appear on the screen once the reset is completed. The Ford navigation feature is available on all Ford vehicles as an add-on to the "SYNC" Audio system. It allows users to make phone calls via Bluetooth, receive turn-by-turn directions, find Points of Interest, and transfer phonebooks and data from a mobile device to the system.

I tried doing a master reset, but that didn't help. I also bought a new SD card, but the issue remains the same.

In 2020, I performed a master reset on my Ford Edge which caused the GPS and satellite antenna to stop working. I am unable to get a signal for Sirius XM as well.

This was attempted at the Ford dealership, but even after spending $70, my car is still having issues. Hospice nurses must have easy access to reach people.
