There are multiple reasons why the windshield wipers may not be functioning in your Nissan Rogue. One of the most common and simple issues to address is a blown fuse or relay. To check this, you should inspect the fuse box located in the driver's compartment to see if the fuse has blown. You can do this by removing the fuse and examining it against a light to see if the filament is intact or not. If the fuse has blown, replace it with one that has the same amperage rating. If the fuse is still in good condition, the problem may lie with the wiper motor or potentially with the switch. The switch would be the next easiest component to repair. To address the switch issue, you will need to take out the four Phillips head screws located below and behind the steering wheel to separate the top and bottom halves.

You may just need to reset the blades if they have been frozen or strained by weight, which is something you can easily do on your own.

If the wipers on the Nissan Rogue stop functioning, it could be due to blockage or obstruction. Another possible issue could be a malfunctioning wire connected to the wiper motor.

I have a problem with one of my windshield wipers - the one on the passenger side isn't working. The wiper on the driver's side is working perfectly fine, and there are no strange sounds or issues. I need assistance with fixing this. Thank you for your help!

Remove the cover from the wiper arm connection to the motor. Tighten the nut. This should resolve the issue. If the problem reoccurs, apply a small amount of loctite before tightening the nut again.
