What's the reason my screen in the 2019 Nissan Rogue isn't functioning properly?

Some 2019 Nissan Rogue vehicles may have an issue where the infotainment screen or Nissan Connect display goes black while the audio and radio continue to work. This problem is due to a software glitch in Nissan's Connect system. To fix the screen, you can reset the Uconnect by pressing and holding the power and tune scroll buttons on the sides of the screen for 10-15 seconds until the display powers off and reboots. Once you see the Nissan logo reappear, the screen should be functioning again. Other potential causes of audio problems could be faulty wiring connections or blown fuses behind the head unit.
