In a 2014 Nissan Rogue, the AC relay can be found in the IPDM E/R (Intelligent Power Distribution Module Engine Room), which is the black box at the top in the engine compartment near the driver's side fender. It sits directly behind another fuse and relay box located between the battery and the fender. This secondary box contains relays for components like cooling fans. The IPDM E/R has numerous wiring connections and controls, making it difficult to inspect easily. Unlike the easily accessible Accessory Relay-2 located above the J/B fuse box on the driver's side dashboard, the IPDM unit typically needs full replacement rather than servicing. Accessory Relay-1 is mounted on the rear side of the J/B fuse box and can be accessed for replacement.
