In a 2013 Lexus ES350, the factory amplifier is located beneath the backseat on the passenger side. Simply folding down the seat won't give you access to it; you'll have to use a socket set to unbolt the seats. The entire row of seats must be removed to reach the amplifier - you can't just remove a single seat. Once you have all the seats off, you'll find the amplifier in a black box.
