If your 2007 Ford Expedition is equipped with dual automatic temperature controls (DATC), which are typical in many higher trim models, you will not have a traditional resistor block for the blower motor speed control. Instead, this function is electronically managed. If you have a lower trim level without DATC, you should be able to locate the resistor near the bottom of the air duct on the passenger's side of the vehicle. To access it, you will need to remove the glove box (and possibly the lower kick panel below the glove box). Look for a wiring harness directly connected to the resistor, which is secured in place by two 8mm bolts. Once you remove these bolts, the resistor should come out easily.
