On the 2013 Ram 1500 truck, you can find the blower motor resistor underneath the dashboard on the passenger's side. To reach it, you will have to take off the kick panel on the passenger's side, which is located beneath the glove compartment. The blower motor resistor sits just below, behind, and a little to the left of the blower motor, which is big and easy to spot. If you suspect that the blower motor resistor is no longer working, you can easily test it using a digital multimeter. If you confirm that you need to replace it, the parts will cost you between $25 and $120, depending mostly on the brand and quality. If you also require the pigtail connector harness, that will add around $25 to your expenses.
