In the 2015 Ram 1500, you'll find the BCM (body control module) on the left side of the vehicle in the fuse box. If you ever need to reset the BCM, it's best to drain power from the vehicle. One way to do this is by disconnecting the negative terminal of the car's battery. After removing the terminal, turn on the car's headlights and let them stay on for around ten to fifteen minutes to fully drain the remaining power. Remember to securely reattach the terminal afterward. Be cautious when working in the fuse box to prevent any accidents that could impact various electrical components of the car.
You're mixing up the TIPM with the BCM. The ECM is located on the firewall towards the left side of the engine. The TIPM is built into the fuse box, while the BCM can be found beneath the driver's side dashboard on the firewall.
