It's not unusual for one of the brake lights on a Ford F-150 to stop working, which could be caused by a faulty bulb. If that's the case, you can go to your local auto parts store to get a new bulb, and they might even install it for free. Sometimes, the issue might be a blown fuse, which can be found in the driver's side fuse panel inside the cabin. The fuse box is located to the left of the driver's knee under the side dash panel, and it typically controls the external lights. Replacing an electrical plug is relatively inexpensive and can be done by the owner. Check the back of the panel's cover to find the correct amperage and plug information.
