In a 2018 Cadillac Escalade, you can find the cabin air filter behind the glove box. To reach it, you'll have to take out the glove box by removing the two bolts inside and the two underneath. Once it's out, the assembly can be popped out. Behind where the glove box was, there will be a black plastic cover with clips. Unclip them and remove the old air filter. Cadillac recommends swapping this filter out every 22,500 miles or every 2 years, whichever comes first. These filters are inexpensive, typically available for $15 or less, so you can save some money by doing the replacement yourself.
