The cabin air filter on your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado is located behind the glove box in the dashboard. To get to it, you'll need to take out the glove box and then remove the cabin air filter cover, which is secured with two tabs at the top. Once you undo those tabs, the cover will come off easily, giving you full access to replace the filter. This task is pretty straightforward and can be done quickly, even by someone who isn't experienced with cars. A new filter typically costs between $20 and $40, depending on the quality, and you should replace it every 12 months or 15,000 miles, whichever comes first.
In the 2018 Chevy Silverado, you can find the cabin air filter either underneath the dashboard behind the glove box or sometimes near the back under the vehicle's hood.
