The position of the diverter valve on an Audi S3 usually doesn't change based on the model year, but there's a slight chance it might, so let me know the year if it's different on yours. Normally, the diverter valve is situated on the front side of the engine on the driver's side. Just trace the rubber pipe from the turbo inlet, follow it around the left side of the engine and toward the front, and you'll spot the connection to the valve right below the high pressure fuel pump. You can expect to pay anywhere between $150 to $250 for this part, depending on the brand and whether it is new or used.
