In the Nissan Armada made in 2004, you can locate the ecm relay in the fuse box close to the steering wheel. To access the fuse box, glance to the left of the steering wheel and search for a slight gap or crack along the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to carefully open this space. Inside, you will find several fuses. If there is a diagram on the back of the panel you removed, it will illustrate the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is missing, you can locate it in the vehicle's owner's manual. Once you identify the needed fuse, simply remove it. Check if the thin metal strip connecting the two raised sections is intact - if it is broken, the fuse is faulty and needs replacement. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still functional and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are affordable, usually around $10 each.

The electronic control module (ECM) for a 2004 Nissan Armada is typically located on the upper part of the engine block on the front passenger side. Look for two large harness connections attached to it.
