In the 2014 Buick Encore, to locate the fan relays, you should check the fuse box in the engine compartment. The fuse panel in the engine bay is situated on the far right side (driver's side), next to the battery. Inside, you will find several relays that each manage the fan speed. MINI relay 3 operates the mid-speed, MINI relay 8 controls the low speed, and MINI relay 6 handles the high speed. Additionally, in the auxiliary fuse block, RLY02 is the primary controller for the cooling fan, while RLY03 is the secondary controller. Even though there are multiple relays, it becomes clearer with a diagram in front of you to understand the setup.
