In a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, the fuel pump relay can be found in the fuse box under the hood. When you're facing the box, you'll spot it in the center, situated below the IGN relay and above the DRL relay. It will be labeled as the F/PMP Relay or possibly as Fuse #30. This fuse is a 20-amp one that can be swapped out with a standard blade-style fuse. You can pick up a pack of 10 for less than five dollars at a local store like Walmart.
