In a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse, you can locate the fuel pump relay on the far left side of the dashboard on the driver's side. It's situated between the door and the dashboard, to the left when you open the door. The relay is in position one, found on the lower side of the fuse panel. To remove it, you will need either a fuse removal tool or a flat head screwdriver. If replacing the fuel pump relay does not resolve the issue, you may want to check the MFI relay as it could be the reason for the lack of power to the fuel pump. Prices for a fuel pump relay can vary from $5 to $20, depending on the brand and quality of the product.
