In the 2011 Toyota Camry, you can locate the fuel pump relay in the fuse box. To access the fuse box, check to the left of the steering wheel for a small seam or crack in the dashboard. You can use a screwdriver or prybar to open it up. Inside, there will be a number of fuses. On the back of the panel you opened, there should be a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If this information is not on the panel, you can refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle. Once you identify the fuse you need, simply remove it. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections of the fuse is intact. If it's broken, the fuse is no longer good and needs to be replaced. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still usable and can be reinserted. A new fuse typically costs around 10 dollars, making it an affordable replacement option.
